Installing it

Outlook (desktop): File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New, then paste.
Outlook web / Microsoft 365: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste into the signature box.
Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, then paste.
Apple Mail: Settings → Signatures → drag a new one in, untick “Always match my default message font”, then paste.
